Lasting up to 90 minutes, the first meeting is where most of the work is done both behind the scenes and in the meeting. After discussing your health goals we take a look at your health history and food diary to see what changes we can make to get you on track to where you want to be.

Regular follow-ups help you stay focused and on-track. They give us an opportunity to make necessary changes to help you get to your goal, or to build on what you have already accomplished.
